
As I stood at the edge of the water sketching a wharf with the attendant boats I happened to look down under the pilings of the wharf and immediately thought "there's a subject". The rocks and bits of wood with flowering weeds growing up and among it all was more interesting to me than my original idea. I've since painted more of these "harbor arrangements". |
